ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European Customer Relationship Management specialist today announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders on 31 May 2005 in Luxembourg were passed. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened in early July to vote on the changes to the Articles of Association which require a quorum which was not achieved at the EGM that immediately followed the AGM. Vigo Carlund, Cristina Stenbeck, Björn Rosengren, William Walker and Susan Hooper were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors. James Beers was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. Ernst & Young S.A., were re-elected as Auditors. Since 2003, James Beers has served as Co-Chairman of McArthurGlen, Europe’s leading designer outlet developer and operator. He also serves as a Member of the Unitholders Advisory Committee at Henderson Global Investors.
