Creades AB (publ) has transferred 35,208,107 class A voting shares in Transcom to Sedarec AB (publ)

On 4 April 2013, Creades AB (publ) transferred 35,208,107 class A voting shares (TWW SDB A) in Transcom WorldWide S.A. to Sedarec AB (publ) by way of a shareholder’s contribution.

Following this transfer, Creades AB (publ) holds 82,152,249 class A shares in Transcom representing 13.19% of voting rights and 6.60% of capital, and Sedarec AB (publ) holds 35,208,107 class A shares in Transcom representing 5.65% of voting rights and 2.83% of capital.
