Independent review of Transcom’s Italian operations has been concluded

As disclosed on November 23, 2016, Transcom has been conducting an independent review of its Italian operations to confirm that the company is not connected to any irregularities in relation to the currently ongoing investigation of Roberto Boggio by an Italian prosecutor. The internal review, conducted by an external forensic auditing firm, has now been concluded and has not revealed any indications of irregularities on Transcom’s part in relation to this matter.
Mr Boggio remains suspended from his duties as General Manager of Transcom’s Continental Europe region.
