New agreements with Optima Direct, Shell and Findexa

NEW AGREEMENTS WITH OPTIMA DIRECT, SHELL AND FINDEXA Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European call center specialist, today announced that it has signed agreements with three new customers. The contracts are estimated to be worth an initial E5 million in 2002. The agreements are with Optima Direct WWAV Rapp Collins, the world's largest direct marketing agency specialising in telemarketing, Svenska Shell AB subsidiary Shell Direct, the Swedish heating oil supplier, and Findexa Eesti Limited, Estonia's market-leading telephone and business directory company. Optima Direct has contracted Transcom to provide customer relationship management services for its client, Worldcom. Worldcom is the world's largest communications corporation with 22 million customers worldwide and business telecommunications service operations in 15 European countries. With effect from this month, Transcom's call centers in Halle, Rostock and Zurich will be responsible for outbound sales calls to support the marketing of Worldcom services to businesses in Germany and Switzerland. The contract with Shell Direct is for the handling of inbound calls relating to consumer sales of heating oil and associated customer services in Sweden. The calls will be managed at Transcom's facility in Borås. The agreement with Findexa covers inbound call center services (so- called 'talking yellow pages') in Estonia in relation to the launch of the Company's new 'Infoline 119' product, which builds on its successful directory and internet businesses in 11 European countries. The contract has been awarded to Transcom's call center in Tallinn in Estonia.
