Pictet Asset Management SA has acquired 76,951 additional Class A shares in Transcom, crossing the 5% voting rights threshold

Luxembourg, 26 March 2014 – On 18 February, 2014, Pictet Asset Management SA acquired 76,951 Class A voting shares (TWW SDB A) in Transcom WorldWide S.A.

Following this transaction, Pictet Asset Management SA owns 31,172,133 TWW SDB A shares, corresponding to 5.01% of voting rights and 2.5% of capital in Transcom WorldWide S.A.
