TRANSCOM ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHAIRMAN

Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European CRM specialist, today announced the appointment of William M Walker as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Walker has served as a non-executive director of Transcom WorldWide S.A. since 2004, including roles on the audit and compensation committees. Mr. Walker has extensive experience in the CRM industry after serving as President of TeleTech’s European and Latin American divisions. In both jobs, Mr. Walker was responsible for building and growing the international presence of the US-based global outsourcer. Prior to joining TeleTech in 1998, Mr. Walker ran a regional airline in Argentina and worked in private equity and investment banking in the United States and Latin America. Mr. Walker is President and Chief Operating Officer of Walker & Dunlop, Inc. and Green Park Financial, LLC., two real estate financial services firms based in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and the Harvard Business School. Other board assignments include The Ruddie Memorial Youth Foundation, Woodley House, The Pomfret School, and Transactis, Inc. Mr. Walker’s appointment as Transcom Chairman is effective September 30, 2005. The former Chairman, Vigo Carlund, will remain on the Board of Directors.
