Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European CRM specialist, today announced the opening of a new call centre in Vukovar, Croatia. The new call centre in Vukovar, which opened on 1 August 2005, is Transcom’s first call centre in Croatia and has a capacity of 50 seats. The establishment of the new operation follows a long-term service agreement with existing client Tele2 to provide CRM services around the launch of its mobile telephony offering in Croatia.
