Transcom appoints Travis Coates as global Chief Operating Officer
Transcom, a global customer experience specialist, today announced the appointment of Travis Coates as its global Chief Operating Officer.

Travis Coates has over 25 years’ experience in the customer care sector. Prior to joining Transcom, Travis spent 14 years at Teleperformance, most recently as COO for the North American operations. He has also served as Managing Director Teleperformance Philippines, and EVP of Teleperformance’s Advanced Services Division.
