Transcom creates two new senior positions

TRANSCOM CREATES TWO NEW SENIOR POSITIONS Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European CRM specialist, today announced the creation of two new senior positions. Jon Fitch will join Transcom as Chief Technology Officer and Steve Britton will join as Sales and Marketing Director. They will start their respective roles on 7 July 2003. Jon Fitch joins Transcom from Mindpearl AG, an international specialist provider of customer contact solutions, where he has been IT and Operations Director since 1999. Jon has extensive management experience in the CRM technology field, in particular through developing a multi- site call center in six continents with over 1000 employees. Prior to Mindpearl, Jon worked for Swissair and British Airways. He has also won several industry awards for technical innovation. As Chief Technology Officer for Transcom, Jon will be responsible for Transcom's existing technology and IT functions and all future technological research and implementation programs. Steve Britton joins Transcom from TeleTech Holdings Inc, a global provider of outsourced customer management solutions, where he headed a new business development team focusing on the retail, telco and IT sectors. In addition he was responsible for developing TeleTech's European solutions partnership program. With previous positions at US based e-billing/payment and e-care solutions provider DCTI, and call center/CRM solutions company ETSI Inc. amongst others, Steve has over 18 years experience in sales. Steve's primary responsibility will be to develop business with new clients.
