Transcom Holding AB (publ) announces changes in the Board of Directors
Transcom Holding AB today announced changes to their Board of Directors. Christine Timmins Barry and Herman Korsgaard were elected Directors and Vemund Wøien was elected deputy Director of the Board. At the same time, Klas Johansson steps down from the Board to focus on other duties within Altor. The changes are effective as of September 12.

Christine Timmins Barry spent 19 years at Convergys in numerous senior leadership positions, the last one as global Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for 80,000 employees. More recently, Christine was the Chief Operating Officer for Newfold Digital, a market-leading Web Presence provider. Christine has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Windham Professionals, a privately held financial services firm. Christine holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and an MBA from Bentley University.
Herman Korsgaard has been a Director at Altor Equity Partners since 2016. He was previously an investment banker with Morgan Stanley. He holds an SEP from Stanford University, MBA from INSEAD, and BSc degree in finance from Cass Business School in London. Other assignments include being Board Member of Svea Solar, Rossignol Group, and Chairman of the Board of Dale of Norway.
