Transcom Holding AB (publ) announces changes in the Board of Directors

Transcom Holding AB today announced changes to their Board of Directors following the AGM on May 15. Julius Höh was elected Director of the Board, replacing Herman Korsgaard, who steps down from the board to focus on other duties within Altor. The changes are effective as of May 15, 2024.

I’d like to thank Herman Korsgaard for his contributions during his time on the Board”, says Fredrik Cappelen, Chairman of the Board.

Julius Höh has been with Altor since January, 2024, and previously served as Vice President, EQT Group, where he successfully managed investments both in the DACH region as well as internationally. He has more than 10 years of experience in private equity and strategy consulting with a particular focus on the business services and consumer sectors.
