Transcom Holding AB is pleased to announce that Brent Welch is to be elected to the Transcom Board, adding in-depth sales and operational expertise supporting Transcom in its next phase of profitable growth.

Brent Welch has 35+ years of experience running global operations including over a decade with Teleperformance, the largest world-wide outsourced contact center provider.  He held several executive positions there including Global COO. He has received Tele-professionals Consultant of the Year Award and TMC’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and since 2017 active in his own management and strategy consulting firm.
