Transcom Holding AB (publ): Moody’s changes Transcom’s outlook to positive

Moody’s Investor Services has changed Transcom’s outlook from stable to positive, and affirmed Transcom’s B3 corporate family rating (CFR), B3-PD probability of default rating (PDR), and the B3 instrument rating on the EUR315 million senior secured notes due 2026.

The positive outlook reflects Transcom’s strong performance in 2022, its market leading position in EMEA, and off- and nearshore activities allowing the company to serve international brands. It also reflects on the positive trends for the industry as a whole. Moody’s expects the company will be able to further improve margins in 2024 as a result of cost savings and increased demand for near and offshore services, as well as an increase in the more profitable digital solutions segment.
