TRANSCOM REPORTS 21% INCREASE IN REVENUE AND 43% INCREASE IN NET INCOME FOR THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2005

Luxembourg, 20 October 2005 - Transcom WorldWide S.A. (‘Transcom’) (Stockholmsbörsen: TWWA, TWWB) Europe’s largest customer relationship management (CRM) operator by geographical footprint, today announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2005 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). THIRD QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS • Net sales up 17% to €105.7 (€90.4) million • Profit before tax up 37% to €7.8 (€5.7) million • Net income up 51% to €5.6 (€3.7) million • Basic EPS up 60% to €0.08 (€0.05) • Launch of new call centres in Tunisia and Croatia NINE MONTH HIGHLIGHTS • Net sales up 21% to €320.4 (€266.0) million • Profit before tax up 40% to €22.0 (€15.7) million • Net income up 43% to €15.9 (€11.1) million • Basic EPS up 47% to €0.22 (€0.15) Note : All non sales numbers for 2004 above exclude goodwill amortization for comparative purposes Keith Russell, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented: “I’m delighted with Transcom’s financial and operational performance in the third quarter of 2005.
