Transcom wins new customer contracts

TRANSCOM WINS NEW CUSTOMER CONTRACTS Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European call center specialist, today announced that it has secured new contracts to provide customer relationship management services for leading international companies; Daimler Chrysler, Aramark, Stock Austria and KPNQwest. The outsourcing agreements are estimated to be worth an initial E2 million in the first year. Daimler Chrysler, one of the world's leading automotive, transportation and service companies, has contracted Transcom to manage a customer care inbound telephone hotline in Germany, from its call center in Halle. Transcom will also handle outbound lead generation and appointment setting in Germany on behalf of Aramark, one of the world's leading managed services businesses, from Transcom's facility in Rostok. Stock Austria, Austria's market leading beverage production and distribution company, has retained Transcom to provide inbound customer care call handling from its center in Vienna. The call center will also take all inbound customer care telephone calls on behalf of KPNQwest in Austria. KPNQwest is the second largest business-to-business Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Europe.
