Transtema signs a three-year contract with Cellnex
Transtema Network Services (“TNS”), a subsidiary of Transtema Group AB (publ), have been selected by Cellnex as a maintenance partner in relation to Cellnex’s tower infrastructure in Sweden
The parties have today, 1st December, signed an agreement with an effective date of 1st of February 2022. The duration of this agreement is three years, with an option for an extension of 1+1 years. TNS is a leading supplier in Sweden for the operation and maintenance of telecom networks. Cellnex is Europe’s market-leading tower company, with operations in 12 countries.
The scope of the agreement is preventive and corrective maintenance, and related auxiliary works, of Cellnex’s more than 2700 tower and rooftop sites across Sweden. The total estimated value of the contract is approximately 20 MSEK, but may increase with additional work orders.
