Hines has appointed Trevian Asset Management Oy to develop the lease operations of the Kasarmikatu 21 office building located in Helsinki. Currently, the largest corporate accounts of this LEED Platinum-certified property are Roschier and Danske Bank. The first new office building of the millennium in Helsinki's central business district has particularly attracted the finance and asset management industry as well as law firms.

Hines is one of the world's largest privately owned investment, development, and property management firms, with USD 93.2 billion in assets under management. The acquisition of Kasarmikatu 21 marked the firm's entry into the Finnish market in 2017. The 7-storey office building of approximately 16,000 square metres was constructed with LEED Platinum certification and was the first new office development in the heart of Helsinki in three decades.

The main tenants of the office building are the leading Nordic law firm Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. and Danske Bank. Additionally, the listed Nordic equity fund company Taaleri Plc and the Finnish equity investor Sentica Partners Oy have their headquarters in the office building.
