Triton College welcomes the newest U.S. Bank branch in the area to campus on Nov. 12

RIVER GROVE, Ill. (Nov. 2, 2012) – Triton College students, faculty and staff no longer have to leave campus to find a full-service bank. That’s because U.S. Bank will open a new branch in the student center at Triton College. This new partnership includes a full service On-Site branch able to provide financial services from checking accounts, savings, loans, mortgages, investments and more to all students, faculty and staff on campus.  

The branch will officially open on November 12, 2012, and will be available to serve the banking needs of over 15,000 students and more than 1,300 faculty/staff ofTritonCollege.

The Triton branch will provide the most convenient option for students, faculty and employees to take care of their banking needs.”

U.S. Bank is located on the main level of the B Building in the heart of campus, just outside the student bookstore. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will also be one full-service U.S. Bank ATM located at the branch. Tramel Harris, who has been with U.S. Bank for six years, will manage the new location. Harris is currently an assistant branch manager at U.S. Bank’s location at NorthwesternUniversity.

U.S. Bank has 88 branches in theChicagoarea, including three On-Site locations, atNorthwesternUniversity, Aon Hewit and Lurie Children’s Hospital. On-site banking is a significant component of U.S. Bank’s branch growth strategy. In addition to universities, U.S. Bank has branches in airports, grocery stories, hospitals and on major corporate campuses.  A ribbon cutting celebration will be scheduled after the holidays.
