Troax publishes prospectus with respect to listing of bond loan on Nasdaq Stockholm

Troax Corp AB (publ) (previously Troax Group AB (publ)) (”Troax” or the ”Company”) today announces a prospectus with respect to the contemplated listing of the Company’s bond loan 2014/2020 with ISIN SE 0005799194 (the “Bond Loan”) on Nasdaq Stockholm.
The Bond Loan of a maximum of EUR 100,000,000 was issued on 12 June 2014 with an annual variable EURIBOR interest rate (3 months) +5.5 percent and matures in June 2020.
Troax has applied for listing of the Bond Loan at the Corporate Bond list on Nasdaq Stockholm. The first day of trading is expected to be 12 June 2015.
As a consequence hereof, Troax has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980). The prospectus will be available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and Troax Group AB’s (publ) website (www.troax.com).
