    Troax publishes prospectus with respect to listing of bond loan on Nasdaq Stockholm

    Hillerstorp 8 June 2015, 08:15 CET Troax Corp AB (publ) (previously Troax Group AB (publ)) (”Troax” or the ”Company”) today announces a prospectus with respect to the contemplated listing of the Company’s bond loan 2014/2020 with ISIN SE 0005799194 (the “Bond Loan”) on Nasdaq Stockholm.The Bond Loan of a maximum of EUR 100,000,000 was issued on 12 June 2014 with an annual variable EURIBOR interest rate (3 months) +5.5 percent and matures in June 2020.     FIRST QUARTER · Sales increased 38 percent to 24,7 (17,9) MEUR, the acquired business Satech represents 24 percent units of this increase.
