(“US Oil” or the “Company”) Company Update Company Update U.S. Oil & Gas Plc (“USOIL” or the “Company”), the oil and gas exploration company with assets in Nevada, makes the following announcement. The Company confirms that it remains in discussions with a Swiss-based consortium regarding potential funding for its ongoing activities. As part of this process, the consortium has, as of 1 January 2026, advanced a total of $153,416.56 (€130,295.61) to the Company by way of a stabilisation loan to support essential operational
