Change in the Board of Directors of United Bankers Plc
Antti Asunmaa, member of the Board of Directors of United Bankers Plc, has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of the company as of 4 November 2022. Asunmaa resigns from the Board of Directors for personal reasons when moving partly abroad. Asunmaa will nevertheless continue his cooperation with the United Bankers Group as a Tied Agent of a subsidiary company.
Regardless of Asunmaa’s resignation, the composition of the Board of Directors of United Bankers will continue to fulfil the requirements of applicable regulation and the company’s Articles of Association, and will consist of six members until the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Asunmaa has been a member of the Board since 2018. ”I wish to extend my warm gratitude to Antti for his work as a Board member of United Bankers and his strong contribution to the development of the company”, says Johan Linder, Chair of United Bankers’ Board of Directors. “I want to thank the Board for the great work for the company, and continue as a long-term shareholder in the company”, says Antti Asunmaa.
