United Bankers Plc’s Annual Report for 2023 has been published
United Bankers Plc’s Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement, and Remuneration Report for 2023 have been published in Finnish and English on the company’s website www.unitedbankers.fi and as separate pdf-versions attached to this stock exchange release. The Annual Report consists of the Board of Directors’ Report, the Auditor’s Report, and the Financial Statements for 2023.
United Bankers publishes its Annual Report in Finnish as an XHTML file in compliance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with the ESEF requirements, the primary calculations of the consolidated financial statements are labelled with XBRL tags and the notes to the consolidated financial statements with XBRL block tags. The audit firm Oy Tuokko Ltd has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on United Bankers' ESEF financial statements in Finnish. The assurance engagement has been performed in accordance with ISAE 3000. The ESEF financial statements are available in the zip file attached to this release.
