Founded in 1992, U.S.VETS is one of the Nation's largest nonprofits dedicated to the successful transition of military veterans and their families. U.S.VETS provides housing, counseling, career development, and comprehensive support to homeless and at-risk veterans. With 11 locations in five states and Washington, D.C., U.S.VETS has developed a wide array of programs to meet the growing and emerging needs of veterans. Each day U.S. VETS serves over 2,000 veterans. In a year, U.S.VETS will help 3,000 veterans find housing and over 1,000 veterans obtain full-time employment.
