Camanio Care AB has sold its subsidiary Camanio AB to Brighter and appointed Erik Domajnko as CEO of Camanio Care
Camanio Care AB (publ) (which will change its name) has transferred its operations to Camanio AB and sold this company to Brighter AB. The listed company Camanio Care will now change its name and business focus to offer financial services. The Board has today appointed Erik Domajnko as CEO to drive the strategic reorientation of Camanio Care. More information will be communicated shortly.
The purchase price for Camanio AB amounts to SEK 17 million and was paid through a non-cash issue in which Brighter issued and allotted 1,597,744 shares to the seller Camanio Care, and Camanio Care transferred the shares in Camanio AB as capital contributed in kind. The subscription price per share was SEK 10.64, which corresponds to the volume-weighted average price during the 20 trading days preceding this day.
Erik Domajnko has experience from a wide range of leading positions within Ericsson where he worked from 1995 to 2018. He has participated in programs at Wharton and Colombia Business School.
Erik replaces Catharina Borgenstierna who becomes CEO of Camanio AB that is now owned by Brighter.
