Camanio Care prepares for next growth phase
Camanio Care experiences a continued international interest in its products, in particular for Digital Care in Sweden and Norway and BikeAround in North America. The company now launches a strategic plan to finance growth.
The company received more orders for BikeAround during the first half-year of 2018, than during 2017, driven by an increased demand among retirement communities in the US. It has become clear that there is a large interest from Swedish and Norwegian municipalities for the transition into digital care at home. The acquisition of Vital has an impact on sales during 2018, however, the large upside is expected in the coming years. In order to grow with the global market demand, growth capital is needed. Therefore, Camanio is now making the following strategic decisions:
- The company has decided to apply for a full listing on Nasdaq First North. The transfer of stock exchange is planned in order to facilitate the increasing demand from international stakeholders, such as institutions, users and their relatives, to become shareholders in Camanio Care.
- Camanio Care prepares for an investor road-show in selected local markets to inform shareholders about the expansion and plans a smaller fully underwritten rights issue. The terms and timing will be determined within the coming weeks.
