Uros showcases global Goodspeed mobile Wi-Fi at Mobile World Congress

At Mobile World Congress (MWC), Uros will be showcasing its worldwide mobile broadband service Goodspeed, which can help companies meet their mobile connectivity challenges. Goodspeed eliminates data roaming charges while keeping international travellers online, by offering global mobile internet access with fixed pricing and up to 1GB of data per day.
With cloud computing becoming the preferred method to deliver IT services and to provide users with access to applications, businesses are facing new challenges. Cloud can help improve work productivity and reduce business costs, but constant connectivity is required for it to be taken full advantage of – not just within country borders, but also internationally.
Goodspeed mobile broadband service offers busy travellers a global connectivity solution at predictable and transparent cost. At the heart of the Goodspeed service lies the Goodspeed mobile hotspot, a compact portable 3G router that can accommodate up to nine destination SIM cards, including the user’s own SIMs. The Goodspeed hotspot accesses the local mobile network where a user is travelling, and creates a WLAN connection that one can share with up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices. The device and destination SIM cards can be purchased from goodspeed.io before travelling.
The service is provided in co-operation with a global network of mobile operator partners, including MTS in Russia and China Unicom in China. At the moment the service covers more than 60 destinations around the world, including key business destinations in Europe, Asia, U.S., China, India and Russia, with more regions being added regularly.
