Olof Gertz new Head of Human Resources at Vattenfall

Vattenfall has appointed Olof Gertz as new Head of Human Resources for the company. Olof Gertz currently works at DeLaval Group, where he is Senior Vice President Human Resources. Olof Gertz will take up the position on 5 March 2012 at the latest.

"We are very pleased with the recruitment of Olof Gertz, particularly considering his solid international background and his highly qualified HR experience," says Vattenfall’s CEO and President Øystein Løseth.

"After many years at DeLaval, this feels like a very exciting step and I am really looking forward to becoming acquainted with Vattenfall and continue to develop the company into an international player," says Olof Gertz.

Olof Gertz has had various positions in the DeLaval Group since 1994, including three years in the UK and Ireland. He has been Senior Vice President HR for the Group for the past 10 years.
