Veg of Lund AB presents its Year-End report 2020 in advance and announces the financial calendar for 2021
Veg of Lund AB (publ) has previously announced the release of its Year-End report on the 23rd of February 2021. To enable the Board to continue to actively evaluate various financing alternatives to ensure the company’s long-term financing and optimal capital structure, the Board has decided on a new date for publication of the report. The Year-End report for 2020 will be published tomorrow, 18 February 2021, at 08:00 am CET.

The Annual report for the financial year 2020 is planned to be announced on Veg of Lund’s website, www.ir.vegoflund.se, the week commencing 15 March 2021.
Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2020 will be held in Malmö, Sweden, on Wednesday, 12 May 2021.
