Number of shares and votes in Veoneer

Stockholm, Sweden, May 31, 2019: Veoneer, Inc. (NYSE: VNE and SSE: VNE SDB), a pure-play company focused on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving (AD), today announced the new number of shares and votes in the company. 

As announced on May 29, 2019 Veoneer has completed a capital raise, resulting in that the number of outstanding shares and votes in Veoneer has changed.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 111,372,130 shares – of which all are shares of common stock – and 111,372,130 votes in the company.
