Veoneer has set date for Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Stockholm, Sweden, January 9, 2020: Veoneer, Inc. (NYSE: VNE and SSE: VNE SDB), a world-wide leader in autotech, has set dates for its annual meeting of shareholders.

The Board of Directors has set Wednesday, May 6, 2020 as the date for its annual meeting of shareholders to be held in Detroit, MI, USA.

Only shareholders of record at the close of business on March 9, 2020 will be entitled to be present and vote at the meeting. Notice of the annual meeting will be mailed to holders of record in late March.
