Veoneer has set date for Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Stockholm, Sweden, January 20, 2020: The automotive technology company Veoneer, Inc. (NYSE: VNE and SSE: VNE SDB), has set the date for its annual meeting of shareholders.

The Board of Directors has set Monday, May 10, 2021 as the date for its annual meeting of shareholders to be held virtually via webcast.

Only shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2021 will be entitled to be present and vote at the meeting. Notice of the annual meeting will be mailed to holders of record in early April.
