Visma closes 2021 with a strong performance in Q4, with Annualised Repeatable Revenue (ARR) growing 25,6% to € 1 649m
Total revenue for Q4 grew 18,0% to € 564 million, while EBITDA increased 10,1% to € 150 million.

All business areas had double-digit growth
Compared to the same period last year, all of Visma’s business areas had healthy, double-digit growth.
Visma Nordics grew by 30%; Visma Benelux by 15%; Visma Custom Solutions by 15%; and Visma’s geographical expansion areas in Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America by an impressive 61%.
Notable milestones
Visma’s Annualised Repeatable Revenue (ARR) this quarter was € 1 649 million, a growth of 25,6% compared to the same period last year.
80% of Visma’s total revenues now come from cloud software and services. SaaS subscription and transaction revenues increased 30,5% compared to the same period last year.
Over 22 million invoices and nearly 10 million payslips now flow through Visma’s software systems every month.
16 new companies acquired
16 companies joined Visma in Q4. Visma closed the year with a total of 42 acquisitions, its most ever in one year.
Visma completed the year with a presence in two new markets: Spain, through the acquisition of cloud ERP provider Holded (Q2), and Austria, through the acquisition of SaaS accounting and invoicing company ProSaldo.net (Q4).
