Visma has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of House of Control (HoC), a Norwegian SaaS company with shares admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Visma’s voluntary cash offer of NOK 11.20 per share was launched on 28 september 2022, and eventually accepted by approximately 98 percent of HoC’s shareholders during the offer period. On 28 september 2022, Visma launched a voluntary cash offer of NOK 11.20 per share for all outstanding shares of House of Control, a Norwegian SaaS-company with shares admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Visma increased revenue by 20 percent in the third quarter, with especially strong growth in SaaS products. Divestment of non-core assets and strong M&A activity support accelerated growth in core software business and geographical expansion.
