On April 27, 2021, Volati will carry out a webcast. Volati’s Chairman of the Board Patrik Wahlén, CEO Mårten Andersson, CFO and incoming CEO Andreas Stenbäck as well as Volati’s auditor Rickard Andersson from EY will participate in the webcast. Together, they will give their views on the past year and provide answers to questions received from shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of Volati AB (publ) will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the restrictions introduced in order to counteract the spread of the virus, the Board has decided that the Annual General Meeting shall be held without physical presence of shareholders, proxies or third parties and that the shareholders shall have the opportunity to exercise their voting rights by post before the meeting as stated in the notice of the annual grand meeting on March 26, 2021.

The Board has proposed that the Annual General Meeting resolves to distribute Volati's shares in Bokusgruppen to Volati's ordinary shareholders. More information about the proposal can be found here.
