Reduced number of shares and votes in Volati AB (publ)

Volati AB (publ) (the “Company”) announces that as of 31 October 2019 the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 81,010,345 and the total number of votes amounts to 79,566,948.4.

The total number of outstanding shares and votes have been changed as a result of the redemption of 1,000,000 ordinary shares, owned by the Company, which was resolved upon by the extraordinary general meeting in the Company on 30 September 2019 and which was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in October 2019. In connection herewith a bonus issue was carried out so that the share capital remains unchanged and amounts to SEK 10,251,293.125. As of 31 October 2019, the Company has 79,406,571 outstanding ordinary shares and 1,603,774 outstanding preference shares.
