Volati announces that the condition for early redemption of outstanding bonds has been fulfilled

Volati AB (publ) announced on 29 April 2021 in a press release that it had sent a conditional notice of early redemption relating to its outstanding bonds 2017/2022 with ISIN SE0010547042 (the “Bonds”).

The early redemption was conditional upon the completion of the distribution of Volati's shares in Bokusgruppen (the so-called Lex Asea dividend) (the “Condition”). Volati hereby announces that the Condition today has been fulfilled and that the early redemption of the Bonds therefore is irrevocable and will be completed on the redemption date being 11 June 2021. The redemption price previously announced by Volati will be paid to each person who is registered as owner of Bonds as of the record date being 4 June 2021 in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden.
