Volati continues to grow through the acquisition of Duschprodukter Sweden AB
Volati has acquired all the shares in Duschprodukter Sweden AB. The acquisition is an add-on acquisition to Salix Group and the Habo Group business unit. The company had sales of approximately SEK 100 million in 2020 with a presence in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
The acquisition of Duschprodukter Sweden AB is Volati's second add-on acquisitions during 2021. Add-on acquisitions to existing business areas and business areas are an important part of Volati's strategy to create long-term value growth. They strengthen the business units' market positions and add additional value through synergies.

Duschprodukter is headquartered in Kungälv and has a number of subsidiaries in the Baltic countries and is an established supplier of bathroom products to the Nordic and Baltic markets. The company develops and markets a wide range of affordable accessories and interior design products in bathrooms.

Financing takes place through Volati's existing credit facilities and the company will be consolidated from March 2021. The acquisition is not expected to have any significant effect on Volati's earnings in 2021.
