Volvo Car Canada Ltd. reports January sales results
RICHMOND HILL, ON (February 4, 2025) – Volvo Car Canada sold 619 vehicles in the month of January, up 4.4 percent over the same period last year.
For the month, the company reported sales of 330 electrified vehicles, up 9.6 percent and accounting for 53.3 percent of total sales. Plug-in Hybrid sales in January represented 36.2 percent of total sales, up 38.3 percent over the same period last year.
January results were led by a strong showing of the XC90 midsize luxury SUV, which was the top selling model for the month with 232 units sold, up 73.1 percent over the same period last year.
