    RICHMOND HILL, ON (October 2, 2025) – Volvo Car Canada reports sales of 1,769 vehicles in the month of September, up 35 percent over the same period last year and representing the best sales month on record.     RICHMOND HILL, ON (February 4, 2025) – Volvo Car Canada sold 619 vehicles in the month of January, up 4.4 percent over the same period last year.For the month, the company reported sales of 330 electrified vehicles, up 9.6 percent and accounting for 53.3 percent of total sales. Although majority of vehicle owning Canadians (91%) are still currently opting for one or more of their vehicles to be gas/diesel powered, results indicate that 51% of Gen Z are very likely to consider electrified powertrains such as a Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) for their next purchase due to environmental concerns and increased cost of fuel.
