Volvo Car Canada Ltd. reports October sales results
October results led by strong electrified performance, representing 57 percent of total sales
RICHMOND HILL, ON (November 4, 2024) – Volvo Car Canada reports sales of 1,157 vehicles in the month of October, up 0.6 percent over the same period last year.
For the month, the company reported sales of 660 Electrified vehicles (those with a fully electric or plug-in hybrid powertrain) up 19.1 percent and accounting for 57 percent of total sales. Electrified sales performance is led by the EX30 sub-compact SUV, which accounted for 26 percent of total sales.
Overall results were led by the XC60 compact luxury SUV, which continued to be the top selling model accounting for 28 percent of overall sales.
