Volvo On Demand expands its monthly offer to Gothenburg and Malmö after big customer interest
In September this year, Volvo On Demand expanded its service with the possibility to book Volvo cars per month. Bookings have initially been available in Stockholm and the interest from customers has been extensive. The service is now growing with more cars and is being launched in Gothenburg and Malmö.
The interest in quick, easy, and flexible access to cars is increasing. Through Volvo On Demand, Volvo cars can be booked by the hour, weekend, week and since September this year also per month, starting from SEK 7,990.
"Our extended service for booking Volvo cars per month has been very well received by the market," says Erik Jivmark, CEO of Volvo Car Mobility, which runs the Volvo On Demand service. "Our customers appreciate that they can book a car and pick it up on the same day, as well as the flexibility of having it for a month or longer. The cars available in Stockholm have all been booked and we see interest from other cities. We are therefore happy to now also offer monthly bookings for customers in Gothenburg and Malmö."
A 30-day period is quickly booked in the app and the car is unlocked using the mobile phone. The car can be picked up already on the same day and the booking is automatically renewed monthly and is ended no later than three days before renewal.
