Aveny Ögonklinik is growing by 540 square metres at Kungsportsavenyen 33. Previous retail space on the second floor is now being reconstructed to become office space and a reception for the expanding eye clinic.

We have increasing demand from our patients and at the same time a new and more comprehensive agreement with the Västra Götaland Regional Council, so it feels fantastic to be able to expand our floor space after the reconstruction. Creating the best patient experience is something that we give high priority to – excellent premises, accessibility and a really good location are worth a lot. We are now looking forward to welcoming more patients in the fall,” says Hossein Shams, Consultant at Aveny Ögonklinik.

The reconstruction of Kungsportsavenyen 33 means that previous retail space on the second floor is being converted into office space and a reception for Aveny Ögonklinik, which will thereby expand its total floor space to just over 1,100 square meters at the same address.

“Being keenly aware of our customers’ premises requirements and creating the best possible conditions is a natural part of our everyday work. When we, as in this situation, can transform retail space into office space while also helping Aveny Ögonklinik to grow is really nice,” says Marina Fritsche, Vice CEO and Regional Director at Wallenstam.

Apart from the clinic on Kungsportsavenyen, Aveny Ögonklinik today also has established units in Halmstad, Borås and at Carlanderska hospital in Gothenburg.
