    Wallenstam has signed the company’s first agreement for sustainability-linked loans with Handelsbanken. The agreement is linked to the company's efforts to reduce energy consumption in its property portfolio, reduce emissions from its own operations in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and reduce emissions from its construction activities.The sustainability-linked agreement covers all loans that are not already green loans with Handelsbanken.     Hans Wallenstam has transferred 35,000,000 shares in Wallenstam AB, held through companies, to his daughter Rebecka Wallenstam.The shares consist of 10,400,000 Class A shares and 24,600,000 Class B shares, corresponding to 5.30% of the share capital and 10.04% of the voting rights in Wallenstam AB.     Wallenstam has established a revised framework for green financing in collaboration with Handelsbanken.
