    Wallenstam sells commercial properties in Gothenburg

    Wallenstam has signed an agreement for the sale of four commercial properties with related development opportunities in Gothenburg. The buyer is Safjället Fastigheter AB through subsidiaries.“It is really great to once again do a transaction with P-G Persson!     Hans Wallenstam restructures his shareholding

    Hans Wallenstam and companies, principal shareholder of Wallenstam AB, is restructuring his shareholding in Wallenstam AB, which means that a number of transactions are being carried out. The restructuring does not involve any changes in the number of shares or votes.Both before and after the restructuring, the holding, including shares held through companies, amounts to 69,000,000 A shares and 96,000,000 B shares. The holding amounts to 25.00 percent of the equity and to 61.54 percent of the votes in Wallenstam AB.

    Housing App contributes to increased sharing economy and security

    This year, Wallenstam’s Housing App celebrates its fifth anniversary. The first pilot test started in spring 2019 and today, 81 percent, almost 10,000 apartments, are connected. In the App, the tenants have access to everything about their accommodation in the one place. In the community section, which is a social flow in the App for the tenants in each property, a total of about 3,000 discussions are in progress per month.     The first keys have now been handed over to the tenants in Wallenstam’s 1920s classicist block Nacka Grace. A new construction that was the Stockholm Housing Agency’s most clicked on project this summer in the new construction category.
