Events during the third quarter, 2024

During the quarter, Wallenstam started two new construction projects: 119 apartments on Åbybergsgatan in Mölndal, and 50 apartments as well as a new cultural center in Älta in Nacka. All in all, Wallenstam now has 1,379 apartments under construction.

On September 18, Hans Wallenstam together with the Chairman of the Municipal Executive Board, Mats Gerdau, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the new cultural center and 50 apartments in Älta in Nacka Municipality. The Älta Kv. 2 project is expected to last approximately 1.5 years with the first occupation in 2026.

Another groundbreaking ceremony took place on September 26 on Åbybergsgatan in Mölndal Municipality, with Hans Wallenstam and the Chairman of the Municipal Executive Board, Stefan Gustafsson. The Åbybergsgatan Kv. C project comprises 119 apartments with the first occupation expected during 2027.

28 apartments were completed and let during the quarter in the Nacka Grace project in Nacka.

All in all, Wallenstam had 1,379 apartments under construction as of September 30, 2024.
