Office space totaling 1,500 square meters let in central Gothenburg
Wallenstam has recently completed several office lettings in central Gothenburg, which is filling the city’s attractive locations with new, dynamic businesses. Approximately 1,500 square meters of office space in inner city locations has recently been let to companies with specialist expertise in IT, digital marketing, streetwear and psychology.
Some of the popular addresses include, for example Avenyn, Kungsgatan, Södra Hamngatan, Södra Larmgatan and Vallgatan.
“The interest and demand for prime office premises in good city locations is stable. Proximity to lively city life and flexible communications are highly sought after and something we have the strength to offer because our commercial holdings are concentrated in attractive inner city locations,” says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.
A common denominator for several of Wallenstam’s new office tenants is expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing and customized IT and consulting solutions. Meanwhile, new customers are being noted such as Beyond Medals, a niche entrepreneurial streetwear company, which is moving to Vallgatan. Elvenite, which is striving to make the food processing industry smarter, is choosing Avenyn, and Svea KBT, which offers both neuropsychological assessments and therapy, opened during the fall on Sten Sturegatan.
