Expansion in modernized office space at Avenyn

Mullvad VPN, a leading online privacy and security company, is moving up a gear with Wallenstam at Engelbrektsgatan 28. Through an additional rental of 470 square meters, the company’s office space will increase by another floor and comprise around 1,500 square meters in total.

The property at Engelbrektsgatan 28 is undergoing an extensive modernization with replacement of the roof, windows, pipes and renovation of the façade and surfaces. In connection with the reconstruction, a holistic approach is also being taken to the technical installations of the premises with new fan rooms and a new cooling system for upgraded indoor comfort.

Mullvad VPN, which is already an existing tenant, is choosing to grow by about 470 square meters and in March next year will move into newly renovated premises on three floors.
