Change in the number of shares, votes and share capital in Wallenstam AB (publ)
In accordance with a resolution of Wallenstam AB’s Annual General Meeting 2017, the number of shares, votes and share capital has been reduced. The reduction occurred on August 1. The total number of shares in Wallenstam AB now amounts to 330,000,000 shares.
The share capital has been reduced by SEK 5,000,000 for transfer to non-restricted equity to be used according to the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders. The reduction has been carried out by cancellation of 10,000,000 of the Class B shares, which the company itself is the holder of after previously completed purchases.
The total number of shares has been reduced from 340,000,000 shares to 330,000,000 shares. The total number of votes after the reduction amounts to 640,500,000 and the share capital amounts to SEK 165,000,000.
Of the total of 330,000,000 shares in Wallenstam AB, 34,500,000 are Class A shares and 295,500,000 are Class B shares. One Class A share carries 10 votes and one Class B share carries 1 vote.
The company’s holding of own shares as of 9.00 a.m. today amounts to 3,200,000 Class B shares, which is equivalent to about 1 percent of the capital and 0.5 percent of the number of votes. Repurchased own shares do not carry voting rights, however.
