Completed occupations and construction starts during the fourth quarter, 2021

During the quarter, Wallenstam has started the construction of 191 apartments, and completed 460 rental apartments for its own management operations. In addition, Wallenstam has obtained two land allocations from the City of Stockholm. 

During the quarter, Wallenstam started the construction of 191 apartments in the first phase, Block 1, in the urban development project Älta Torg in Nacka. Here, Wallenstam will construct a total of 900 apartments and premises for retail and services.

All in all, Wallenstam has 1,948 apartments under construction, after 460 rental apartments were completed and occupied during the quarter in the following projects:

  • 83 apartments in Umami Park, phase 3, Sundbyberg. The project involves a total of 133 apartments.
  • 28 apartments in Flanören, Rosendal in Uppsala. The project involves a total of 156 apartments, of which 48 are now occupied.
  • 123 apartments in Kv. Kvarnen in Mölnlycke Fabriker, Härryda. The project involves a total of 185 apartments.
  • 165 apartments in Kallebäcks Terrasser Kv. 9, Gothenburg. The project is now fully completed.
  • 61 apartments in Godhems Backe, Gothenburg. The project involving a total of 138 apartments is now fully completed.


During the quarter, Wallenstam has also completed a multistorey carpark in Mölnlycke Fabriker in Härryda, and started the construction of a school in Kallebäcks Terrasser in Gothenburg.

Wallenstam obtained two land allocations in Stockholm during the quarter. One of the land allocations consists of about 140 apartments in Hagsätra, and the other consists of about 130 apartments in Farsta.
