Completed transactions, construction starts and occupations during the fourth quarter, 2022

During the quarter, Wallenstam completed 85 rental apartments in the Kv. 10 project in Kallebäcks Terrasser in Gothenburg. In addition, Wallenstam took possession of the project property in Årstaberg that was acquired from Ikano Bostad in June. Wallenstam also vacated 27 properties, which were sold to Ikano Bostad as part of the same transaction.

The Kv. 10 project in Kallebäcks Terrasser which is fully completed consists of 85 apartments in total, of which 12 are coliving apartments with a total of 121 rooms, which are let via the coliving operator Colive. Construction did not start of any apartments during the quarter. All in all, Wallenstam had 1,744 apartments under construction as of December 31, 2022. 

The transaction with Ikano Bostad was announced in a press release on June 29, 2022 and includes a project of approximately 34,000 sq m of habitable gross floor area which Wallenstam took into possession on November 1, 2022. On the same day, Wallenstam vacated the following properties including about 600 apartments, which were part of the same transaction:

  • Göteborg Brämaregården 15:17, 19:2, 30:3, 42:11, 42:12, 44:11
  • Göteborg Kålltorp 36:15, 57:1, 57:2
  • Göteborg Lunden 13:2, 16:7
  • Göteborg Majorna 332:6, 332:9
  • Göteborg Olskroken 11:8
  • Göteborg Rambergsstaden 25:3, 28:1, 28:2, 32:2
  • Göteborg Sannegården 20:2, 20:3, 21:39, 21:41, 21:42
  • Partille Stärtered 1:21, 1:22, 1:23, 1:28
